Cancellation Policy

PREPAID:
In order to guarantee your booking  you must send a swift to our bank or book with your credit card via our booking button. For long term rental we require one month of deposit. 

PAY:
If you give your credit card as guarantee of booking you can pay in cash at arrival (Cash can be pay until 999 €)
Check In: 15:00H
Check Out: 11:00H
Please inform us of your travel details ( flight time- Boat)


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once apartment is booked there will be no refund. No se devuelve el dinero efectuado para reservar el apartamento.
Deberá informar al establecimiento como mínimo 15 días antes de su llegada.

NO SHOW POLICY:
No show will be charged in full.

ANIMAL POLICY:
Pets are not allowed
